Ron Paul has had a good week: Paul opened the week coming in second place in a Reuters/Ipsos poll of national Republican primary voters – finishing with 21 percent behind Mitt Romney’s 27 percent (nipping at Paul’s heels in that poll were both Newt Gingrich at 19 percent and Rick Santorum at 18 percent).  The good news continued for Paul on Tuesday night, finishing in second place behind Rick Santorum in Minnesota’s GOP caucuses.
