The Romney campaign is out with a new ad against Obama’s economic policies. The ad is effective, like a shot of grain alcohol, but PoliticOlogy wonders if it’s as pointless as one, too.
Most political ads, especially the cooly clever ads of Karl Rove’s American Crossroads, are up to something behind the blatant manipulations of symbols. Romney’s ad isn’t nearly so sophisticated.
