Justice Department Files Suit Against Apple, Publishers Over eBook Pricing

 

The Justice Department has filed suit against Apple and five major book publishers over alleged collusion in eBook pricing.

Prop 8 Declared Unconstitutional: Its Supporters Are Headed For Historical Ridicule
